  • Create and manage your own weekly business plan to achieve set sales targets

  • Connect with customers remotely by utilizing remote sales applications

  • Accelerate growth within your own account portfolio and positively impact revenue

  • Help consumers see brilliantly by pushing innovative products in the optical market

  • Connect with the appropriate stakeholders to deliver the right message with the right frequency with the appropriate communication style

  • Create a stronger awareness of client's products and supporting services, thus making it available to more patients and customers

  • Apply expert knowledge of client's products to support clinical discussions

  • Deploy and use excellent Marketing and Sales promotional materials and programmes

  • Work effectively with other stakeholders and with resources in Sales and across other functions (e.g., Key Account Management, Marketing, etc.) to achieve sales targets

  • Celebrate your success stories with your team and help each other grow by sharing best practices



  • Strong affinity or prior experience in sales/tele sales

  • Fluent in French, professional knowledge of English and/or Dutch, both written and orally

  • Good communication skills, both technical and interpersonal

  • Excellent problem solving and customer management skills

  • Strong influencing, negotiating and collaboration skills

  • Living nearby train station or nearby Mechelen/Maline
