Delivery coach - TVH Group

Function

As a delivery coach you are a focused agile ambassador, working with and for delivery squads, stakeholders and management, aiming for the  improvement of performance, processes and results of the squads.

You will coach, facilitate and support leadership. You act as a people manager as well as a mentor.  

On a daily basis, you are responsible for your squads to guarantee the outcome of the Development Process and the Scrum implementation.  You will act as a knowledge hub to different stakeholders.

Your aim is to create a highly effective and a strong performing organization by looking for new principles, best practices and non-negotiables, or change existing ones.

As a mentor you will evaluate the squad members and support the growth of competencies of every single squad member.

To ensure a complete structure, you will also be involved in the hiring process to get the right people for vacancies within the squads.

Profile

You have a master degree or you are equal by experience.

You have excellent people management skills, communicate  transparent and honest and can identify and solve developing interpersonal conflicts within a team.

You have a strong knowledge in the domain of your responsibility and are familiar with the implementation and optimization of the processes. You have experience coordinating squads within an Agile environment.

Other people describe you as a strong analytic, convincing, constructive and pro-active person. You are result drive, a strategic thinker and able to conceptualize.

You can rely on a strong experience with big IT-systems (SAP, Dynamics, Oracle, …) and you are a real change manager.

You have an excellent knowledge of Dutch and English.  Knowledge of German is a strong asset.

You are willing to travel abroad on a regular basis.
