• To ensure all stock losses within your territory are understood, reviewed and investigated. Store stock losses in excess of their prescribed limits need to be thoroughly investigated and actions taken in order to control losses moving forward. Serious losses must be attended by the Territory Profit Protection Manager;
• To investigate incidents of suspected or alleged internal dishonesty bring them to a satisfactory conclusion;
• To support and train managers and other store personnel on security related issues and give training and guidance as necessary;
• To maintain an up to date knowledge of relative Criminal Law and personnel procedures to ensure accuracy and total efficiency in your role. To ensure this knowledge is shared with the Area Profit Protection Managers;
• Advise, assist, support and direct the Area Profit Protection Managers and Zone Profit Protection Managers in order to achieve their individual Stock Loss Targets.

The candidate we are looking for:

• Has been working in similar a position within a commercial and professional organization;
• Has excellent written and spoken English language skills;
• Self-motivated, requiring little supervision;
• Determinated and confidence in your abilities;
• A hands-on mentality;
• Has an up-to-date knowledge about relative Criminal Law;
• Has the following personality traits: flexibility, determined, tenacity, decisively.
