Development and execution of 2020 onwards strategy
- Daily Management of the product categories: preparation of successful launches and relaunches, follow-up of artworks, follow-up of press releases and communication materials with the agencies…
- Market analysis & Performance tracking : analysis of the sell-in and sell-out results, follow up the competition activities (media, innovations, activities….) and landscape, market evolution in terms of product and habits trends…
- Ongoing generation of local insights to develop impactful and efficient action plans and identify the business opportunities to reinforce Eucerin in Belgium
- Implementations of efficient action plans
- Exchange and coordinate with France & the Netherlands
- Exchange and coordinate with Global
- Budget follow up, respect of compliancy/regulatory guidelines
Development of 2021 onwards strategy
- Understanding of challenges and opportunities for the categories
- Develop and implement a clear strategy and marketing plans based on international guidelines and local market situation
Development of a trainee
Your profile
- Trilingual (Dutch/French/English)
- Degree-level in business / marketing
- Brand/product management experience (3 years)
- Interest in the DermoCosmetics
- Analytical skills
- Accurate, well organized and attention to details
- Creative, passionate and result-driven approach
- Strong communication skills, both in written and verbal
- Team player
- Autonomous
