Within the Solutions IT division (SIT) for professional customers, the ICT Security team is responsible for the design, installation and maintenance of all Security solutions within the Proximus EBU Portfolio.
To strengthen our team, we are looking for a (m/f): Team Manager ICT Service Delivery - Security
You are responsible for managing a team with different areas of competence: Network Security, Application Security, End-point Security, .....
Surpassing customer satisfaction is a focus point for you. Together with a team of engineers you will ensure the good quality and continuity of the service and the achievement of contractual agreements and SLAs to customers.
This includes:
* The timely delivery of customer projects or internal optimisation/automation projects (on time, on scope, on budget). You have contact with important customers (internal/external) and can take an advisory role.
* You work closely with the project manager for the delivery of projects and take on your role during escalation management.
* You maintain good contacts with the various security vendors and you are aware of new technologies in your competence domains.
* You provide input for the development of new products and services and ensure that these are efficiently supported within your team. You monitor the content and follow-up and make proposals for improvement.
* You work closely with other internal teams and departments and are constantly looking for ways to improve this cooperation.
* You report to management on the status of projects and any complex changes within your team. For this you use dashboards and reporting, with a clear view on the situation and the most important parameters.
* You update the documentation, processes and procedures.
In this role you guide and coach the team to achieve the desired results and to develop quality awareness. You are a real team player and a strong people manager. You coach and support your team members to fully develop and contribute to the team objectives. You provide input for training plans.
You report to the ICT Security Manager.
Your workplace is in Brussels (Evere).
* You report to management on the status of projects and any complex changes within your team. For this you use dashboards and reporting, with a clear view on the situation and the most important parameters.
* You update the documentation, processes and procedures.
* You have a Master or Bachelor in telecom/electronics/IT or equivalent.
* You have at least 5 years of experience as a Team Lead.
* You have knowledge of technical implementations in the competence domains of your team.
* You are customer and service minded
* You are a team player & people manager. Depending on the situation, you can use several leadership styles (directive, inspiring, coaching and participative).
* You are fluent in communication and strong in maintaining relationships with other parties. You speak and write fluently Dutch / French / English.
* You have excellent problem-solving, planning and organisational skills.
* You dare to take the initiative and are result-oriented.
