ENGIE M2M, a subsidiary of ENGIE, is a new Belgian network operator, designing, deploying, maintaining and commercializing the Sigfox network destined to the Internet of Things in Belgium. We are a dynamic team, based in Heverlee looking for a new team member that is willing to support our sales efforts. (www.engiem2m.be)

Your mission

• you will operate in tandem with the sales team of ENGIE M2M
• as commercial support you manage the customer portfolio, prepare, issue and follow-up quotations
• you are responsible for the accurate handling and follow up of the incoming orders
• you have a customer centric attitude
• you keep your customer files updated at all time
• you are a key-person in transmitting information and in helping to find sales leads
• organizational/logistic support for events

Qualifications

• first of all you are a team player
• you are fluent tri-lingual
• you have an entrepreneurial spirit with a high degree of flexibility
• you can autonomously organize your work in accordance with the sales team priorities and objectives
• you dare to question the sales related processes to bring improvements and increase the customer satisfaction
• you have a bachelor degree in marketing or economics
