Context & condition : Maternity Leave  / Starting : Nov/Dec - for 6 months (fix term contract)

Role Purpose : you are responsible for the implementation of the strategies, in collaboration with marketing team and agencies. As well, you are responsible for the e-CRM.

Main accountabilities:
 

  • eCRM

Responsible for the proper functioning of the new eCRM tool “Salesforce”, post-launch evaluation & usage by the creative agency. Implementation of eCRM-strategy: improvement of the loyalty program (MyNIVEA) & local eshop (NIVEA-SHOP.be) by data nourishment & new content creation;
Responsible for the eCRM strategy for 2 drug retailers Kruidvat & DI. In collaboration with the Key Account Managers & Trade team you establish an eCRM strategy & are responsible for delivering the material in time.

  • Digital strategy

Responsible for the execution of the digital strategy in collaboration with the PM’s and creative agency.
AYL strategy, SEA / SEO strategy, influencer strategy, …
KPI tracking & reporting: digital eco-system, content strategy (ex. follow-up digital packages proposed by international), tracking activities from other countries, competition or trends, A/B/C testings, build learnings & share best cases with marketing team, …
 

  • Digital advertising campaigns

Responsible for the quality of all digital campaigns. Before the campaign launch you participle to the briefings given by the PM’s to the agencies. You help them to challenge the agencies & to respect deadlines. When the campaign is live you monitor the results in Google Analytics, Meetrics & Adform. After the campaign you participate to the reportings (mid-reports & end-reports) and add key notes to each reporting to help building digital knowledge and key take-away for future campaigns. 

 

  • People Management

Responsible for coaching and evaluating the digital team (3 people).

 

  • Other responsibilities

Follow-up digital budget (tracking of retainer fee creative agency, negotiation with suppliers, creation of PO’s & follow-up in BASE), follow-up of the collaboration with the new creative agency, give tool access to new members (PIM, MAM, Jira, Terminal Server, Adform, …), competition tracking & lead innovation.
