Chinese speaking beauty consultant - Sarawak Luxury

Promoplan is looking for an enthusiastic Chinese speaking Beauty Consultant to represent luxury cosmetic brands at Brussels Airport Duty Free shops.

Your goal is to assist the Brand Ambassadors in their sales towards Chinese speaking travelers.

KEY ACTIVITIES

• Initiate contact with customers and welcome them
• Identify, understand and reformulate the customers’ needs
• Direct the customer to the right Brand Ambassador
• Translate and assist in selling products and provide a high standard of service throughout the sale

PROFILE

• You speak fluently Chinese and English and you have a good knowledge of French or Dutch
• You can easily translate the needs of the customer from Chinese to English/French and vice versa
• You have a personal interest in the beauty industry and you are willing to learn about cosmetic brands in general
• You have a first experience in a sales environment or as a translator
• You are flexible and willing to work in shifts, during weekends and bank holidays

WE OFFER :

• A temporary mission of 3 months
• The possibility to obtain a fixed-term or a permanent contract after 3 months
• +/- 16 to 20 shifts per month (4 to 5 days/week)
