Account Manager ECM Software - Ricoh

For further development of its Application Services department, Ricoh is currently looking to expand its team with an Account Manager specialised in ECM Solutions.


As an Account Manager you will play a key role in our Application Services Sales team to expand our footprint and continue our successful growth. In this role you will further develop our ECM business by prospecting for new accounts while building longstanding business relations with existing accounts => 

  • Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers (farming and hunting):

            * Find qualified leads and define  opportunities

            * Give standard demo’s and convincing presentations

            * Develop business opportunities with both partners and suppliers

            * Maintain a high-profile company presence in the market place, communicate on new value propositions

            * Further enhance Ricoh’s position in the ECM marketplace and continue building its brand recognition as a valid, solid and reliable ECM provider

            * Understand and investigate business needs, act as a true business advisor

            * Acquire and continuously leverage both product and industry knowledge

  • Help implementing and maintaining the sales strategy

  • Meet/exceed targets, fulfil turnover objectives

  • Take ownership for a timely and accurate forecasting & planning

  • Maintain CRM for your respective clients

  • Write and offer commercial proposals for project implementations and/or new software development:

            * Draft standard proposals

            * Make price quotes based on standard price template

            * Work closely with PreSales, Specialists and project managers for delivery estimates, special quotes, RFP, …

  • Assisted by the finance department, ensure financial follow up of your accounts (e.g. oversee accuracy of invoicing, follow up on overdue invoices )


Requirements =>

  • Good understanding of Enterprise Content Management Software and complex business processes

  • Preferably acquainted with Microsoft Solution Software Portfolio

  • Track record in selling complex solutions to executive management/C level

  • Higher degree and prior training in sales techniques is a strong plus

  • Ability to network within a customer (and partner) organization to identify all key Influencers and decision makers

  • Strong negotiation skills

  • Excellent communication and presentation

  • Both result and relationship focused

  • A true team player with a positive, open mindset
