This is us
Since over 20 years, ORBIT develops and produces architectural luminaires and lighting systems for shop, office, hotel and living space lighting. The company commercializes its design lighting fixtures and led electronics through an international dealer network. Our headquarters and production site are located in Puurs, Belgium (for now, until we reach Mars). We won a couple of design awards. Hey, it ain’t braggin’ if it’s true, right?

Sales Manager Benelux (M/F/X)

This is you

  You coordinate your team and know as no other that none of us is as smart as all of us.
• You are the one and only motivator. You set goals for your team and know how to reach them.
• You are the captain of your sales team and have no problem recruiting your sailors. 
  An appraisal feels like a walk in the park to you.
• You have excellent organizational abilities and are the guardian angel of our planning.
• You are not afraid of interstellar traveling.
• Big deals get you going. You negotiate in Dutch, French and English and make offers that can’t be refused.
• The world is your oyster. Your commercial talent sees opportunities everywhere. 
  Push & pull approach, cross-selling and up selling are easy as pie to you.
• You’re not alone. Together with our marketing posse and the board of directors you develop and implement commercial strategies according to company goals and objectives aiming to accelerate growth.
• You monitor performance of commercial activities using key metrics and prepare reports for our financial departement.
• You practice what you preach.
• Do you have any experience in architectural lighting industry or have a huge interest in LED technology?
