Job description
To cover the maternity leave of our Recruitment & Development Manager, we are looking for an enthusiastic replacer to ensure the smooth and effective functioning of recruitment and some training activities within C&A Belgium.
Your goal is to attract and keep the right talents who fit the company culture.
- Support the company’s recruitment strategy taking into account the employer branding
- Follow up of selection and assessment tools
- Monitor the response of all advertisement
- Screening of incoming CV’s
- Conduct interviews
- Analyze results
- Report to and advise line management
- Design or update job descriptions
- Source for active and passive candidates
- Actively utilize the internet & social media for recruitment and build networks
- Rebuild contacts with schools and universities
- Set up and participate in job fairs
Profile
- Minimum 3 years of experience in recruitment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Trilingual (Dutch, French, English)
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Advanced organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple assignments
- Full of ideas with a very pragmatic approach

You will be supporting our 138 stores in Belgium & Luxembourg, our Distribution Center in Boom and our National Headquarters’ team in Vilvoorde;
