HR COORDINATOR - BELGIUM & LUXEMBOURG - Rituals

PURPOSE OF THE JOB

You are responsible for the support at our HR BeLux department, consisting of 4 colleagues at the office of Rituals in the heart of Antwerp. You are part of the Benelux team. In this function, you are working on the administrative process of HR within Rituals Belgium.

YOUR ACCOUNTABILITIES

You will be in charge of the coordination of payroll administration, through close contact with the     social secretariat and the shop managers. You will work efficiently and accurately. You keep the personnel files up to date and you are the point of contact regarding labor legislation. You ensure continuous improvement of HR processes. You will also take care of the administrative support in the Recruitment & Selection process.

REQUIREMENTS

You are keen to be the best in class within your profession. You are flexible, you enjoy making things better every day and you value teamwork and accuracy.

• Knowledge of Belgian labor legislation
• Preferably a Bachelor or Master Degree.
• Experience in an administrative function that included payroll.
• Native Dutch and a good knowledge of French language (oral as written) is a must.
